My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Porter and Rick with Tallahassee Homes LLC. All the way from the understanding and at home (like family) feeling they gave to us the minute I met with them when looking for a new home! I went to Porter and Rick looking for a more energy efficient home because the one we were in was an older home that was very costly for air conditioning and heating. They made us feel like they were trying to take care of their own family! It was a very refreshing change to what I have been used to working with in the past.

The model that we picked out, the land we picked out was all perfect and they worked so wonderfully with us through the whole process all the way down to the walk through at the end.

The home was built with in a timely manner and the walk through had minimal things to be corrected. This I was also not used to. The minor things that needed to be corrected actually were just a few painting issues that could be done with us in the home. These were also taken care of with in two days of us moving in.

The construction of the home far exceeded my expectations! We love our new home and I have nothing but gratitude to Porter and Rick for helping us with this process. Every home I see them build I think to myself "there is another lucky family to have found Tallahassee Homes LLC! Porter and Rick do truly care about the people that purchase these homes and it is a nice feeling now a days to find such caring business men. It revives my hopes that there really are people out there that care about their neighbors and fellow citizens!!
