Tallahassee Homes' "Green Building Program" provides assurance that your new home meets the latest and most innovative guidelines for "Green Construction".

To protect your interests and provide an unbiased rating of your home, Tallahassee Homes uses a third party to certify and qualify our homes. Our third party contractor is involved in the entire building process. All techniques and products are validated to ensure that the required green standards have been met. Only after passing these stringent guidelines can the home become certified as a "green" home.

We are proud to have all of our homes qualified as Energy Star and Florida Green Building Coalition homes. The energy star certification means your new home is built to very strict standards and is therefore extremely energy efficient. We are proud to be an EnergySmart green builder. The green building certification from the Florida Green Building Coalition guarantees your new home's construction encompasses all aspects of the latest green building techniques.
